Accomodatie (NL)
Op 15 min rijden van Cuneo (en 60min van Turijn), gelegen midden in de natuur,onder de bergen en op 40min van de wijstreek ‘le Langhe’ (Barolo!) heb ik op mijn binnenplaats een dependance genaamd: ‘Duca di Valcucca’ . Vooral door zijn ligging geschikt voor de liefhebbers van natuur en bergsport.
De ‘Alpi-Maritimi’ in Italie staan bekend om z’n nog ruige natuur in het hart van Europa, vol wandel en sport mogelijkheden als de GTA, kanoen, bergbeklimmen, paardrijden, ‘via ferrata’, canyoneering, off-slope skien, ballonvaart enz. Dit alles gecombineerd met de Piemonteese keuken en de wijnen zoals Barbaresco,Barolo, Dolcetto, Nebbiolo uit de wijnstreek ‘de Langhe’.
Voor wie op doorreis is en even wat anders wil van Italie of voor wie gewoon ‘dichtbij en verweg zijn’ wil combineren kan hier z’n weg vinden.
De kamers zijn eenvoudig, maar essentieel met een landelijke en moderne inrichting. Iedere kamer heeft apart een douche/toilet gelegenheid, tevens wifi ,keuken en wasmachine. Voor de liefhebbers van de italiaanse gerechten is er op ca.200m afstand een restaurant met tipische piemonteese gerechten La Badessa :https://www.osteriadallabadessa.it/
Voorts kan ik ‘GlobalMountain’ aanraden, een organisatie van berggidsen voor al Uw fisieke uitdagingen of gewoon natuurwandelingen ,een afdaling in een van de grotten, birdwatching ,trekking met paarden én meer! https://www.globalmountain.it/

For those who are passing through and want something different from Italy or for those who just want to combine ‘being close and far away’, they can find their way here.
